Monthly Stroke Education Series

First Tuesdays is a monthly stroke education series that is part of the Kansas Initiative for Stroke Survival, featuring presentations, recorded sessions, and reference materials on a variety of stroke care topics. Led by Dr. Sabreena Slavin, a Vascular Neurologist at The University of Kansas Health System, and her team, each session offers approximately 30 minutes of education focused on stroke care and current clinical issues.
